> To accelerate the application of different types of the edge computing intelligent sensing equipment, multifunctional poles and towers, and AI cameras

Enhancing the development and deployment of institutions providing computing power

> To establish a Techfin computing power center (100PFlops)

> To speed up the planning of new-type institutions that provide computing power

> To facilitate the establishment of the edge computing system to better serve urban traffic management, smart buildings, and intelligent manufacturing

Establishing solid digital security and protection facilities
