The enterprise should concentrate on two key areas, namely digital technology equipment and digital creative software while operating in five core industries, namely digital content, media convergence, intelligent hardware, creative design, and data application. Enterprises must comply with the requirements for the high-end, precision, and sophisticated industry structure of the industrial park. They are prohibited from engaging in production, assembly, processing, warehousing, or logistics industries. Furthermore, enterprises shall not operate small-scale businesses such as coal mines, steel, cement, machinery, fertilizers, small restaurants, convenience stores, food stores, vegetable stores, laundry stores, or barber shops.
