Beijing solidified the development framework of its "Two New Wings" through coordinated initiatives. Xiong’an New Area, the "City of the Future", achieved remarkable progress with cumulative investment exceeding CNY 830 billion. It witnessed the rise of over 4,700 buildings and accelerated the deployment of comprehensive urban functions, public services, and commercial amenities, significantly enhancing its urban capacity. Beijing-supported projects like the "three schools and one hospital" (i.e., a kindergarten supported by Beihai Kindergarten, a primary school supported by Beijing Shijia Hutong Primary School, a secondary school supported by Beijing No.4 High School, and a general hospital supported by Xuanwu Hospital) have improved the region’s education and healthcare services, exemplified by the establishment of Beijing No.4 High School's Xiong’an Campus and Xiong’an Xuanwu Hospital's 200,000 patient visits. The Xiong’an Zhongguancun Science Park now hosts over 130 enterprises, while the Xiong’an Center of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei National Technology Innovation Center commenced operations, fostering an industrial clustering ecosystem. Beijing Municipal Administrative Center (BMC) redefined the millennium-old capital's urban landscape through key milestones: completing the second-phase relocation of municipal agencies, finalizing the main structure of the Transportation Hub, putting into operation Phase I of Renmin University's Tongzhou Campus, launching the Technological Innovation Center, and securing State Council’s approval for the National Green Development Demonstration Zone plan. Cultural vitality of the center continued to surge, with the Beijing Universal Resort recognized as a national nighttime cultural-tourism consumption hub, and the "Three Cultural Facilities" in Urban Green Heart attracting seven million visitors annually. Integration efforts in building a high-quality integrated development demonstration area covering Tongzhou and three county-level areas (i.e. Sanhe City, Dachang Hui Autonomous County, and Xianghe County) in Langfang, Hebei Province accelerated via the newly opened Changtong Road, full-scale construction of the Pinggu Line rail transit, and six investment fairs securing over 290 projects with pledged investments exceeding CNY 180 billion.
