1.Original copy of application form signed by the legal representative of the regional headquarters. The application must include: the profile of the overseas parent company and its investments in China, total paid-in registered capital in China, organization chart of the enterprises incorporated in China by the overseas parent company, a profile of the applicant and the application details.

2.Original copy of the authorization documents signed by the legal representative of the overseas parent company permitting the regional headquarters to be incorporated and perform its basic functions.

3. One photocopy of the registration document of the parent company (must be either stamped with the valid inquiry seal of the archives inquiry body of the market supervision and administration department or certified through notarization).

4. Original copy of legally audited balance sheet for the past year of the overseas parent company or the original copy of the legally audited annual report for the past year of the overseas parent company (if in a foreign language, a translation provided by a professional translation company and stamped with their official seal must also be submitted).
