1. An original copy of the application form for establishing a printing house (specifying: (1) the name and residence of each investor; (2) the name of the proposed foreign-invested printing house, the name and address of the legal representative, business scope, and registered capital; and (3) the capital contribution mode and amount of each investor);

2. A photocopy of the registration certificate of each investor and a photocopy of the legal representative's ID card of the People's Republic of China;

3. The original assessment report on the state-owned assets to be invested and the original confirmation letter of the assessment report;

4. The original of a list of pre-ordered printing equipment;

5. A photocopy of the business license;

6. Originals of the appointment documents and resumes of the legal representatives of all investors and the proposed enterprise, and one photocopy of the valid ID of each person concerned.

On-site application: Applicants may visit Beijing Municipal Government Affairs Service Center (address: No. 1 West Third Ring South Road, Fengtai District, Beijing at the southwest corner of Liuliqiao Overpass) and submit their application at General Service Windows located on 1F, in Zones A and B on 2F, and in Zone B on 3F); or go to the Government Affairs Service Center of Beijing Municipal Administrative Center (address: southeast corner of Zone 2, No. 48 Xinhua East Street, Tongzhou District, Beijing) and submit the application at the General Service Window.

3. Processing Procedure

(1) Application acceptance: Two working days for acceptance

(2) Review and decision: 40 working days for the decision

(3) Issuance and delivery: Three working days for certificate issuance

Requirements for on-site application: The above are the basic materials required to for the application. One copy of each item should be provided, printed on one side of A4 paper, with no alteration.

Requirements for online application: All application materials must be uploaded in electronic form, bearing electronic seals of the relevant departments of the State Council, local people's governments, and related departments of local people's governments made with the national unified electronic seal system. After submitting electronic materials, applicants no longer need to go to the Beijing Municipal Government Service Center for on-site processing.
