1. One original Application Form for Sino-foreign Collaborative Production and Entrusted Production of TV Series

2. One original copy of the synopsis of the TV series, complete script or plot summary with no less than 1500 words for each episode

3. One original list of key production persons (including screenwriters, producers, directors, and main actors)

4.  One original list of domestic filming spots and filming plan

5. One photocopy of the letter of intent for the cooperation. The formal agreement or memorandum, letter of intent and other form documents signed by both parties can be provided. In the letter of intent, it is necessary to clarify matters such as the input of both parties, the work division of the main creative elements, and the ownership of copyright at home and abroad.

6. One photocopy of the credit certificate of the foreign legal representative (Chinese and English versions)

1. Application acceptance timeline: 0.5 working day for acceptance

2. Review and decision-making: 3 working days for review and 3 working days for decision-making
