1. The original registration application form for foreign investors to establish performance venue operating institutions in specific areas of Beijing is needed. (For online processing, offline submission is not required.) (The form must be stamped with an official seal, the content of the form must be entered via computer, and all items must be filled in. The content filled in must be accurate and consistent with that recorded in the business license.)

2. The original and a photocopy of a feasibility study report for establishing the performance venue are needed. (The report shall be stamped with an official seal and shall include identity information of investors, a list of chairman, vice chairman, directors or the joint management committee's directors, deputy directors, and members, and their identity information, as well as a feasibility demonstration report.)

3. The original and a photocopy of the legality materials stating that the site can establish performance venues are needed. (The materials shall be stamped with an official seal. The materials shall include: (1) property ownership certificate (lease documents must also be submitted for leased premises); (2) Certificate of Fire Safety Inspection for the Place of Public Gathering before the Place Is Put into Use and Open for Business; and (3) health approval documents.)

4. The original power of attorney is needed. (The document shall be stamped with an official seal. If the application is made by any individual other than the legal representative, the power of attorney shall be submitted with a photocopy of the individual's ID card attached.)
