1. (2) For filing of articles of association: revised company articles of association or amendment to the articles of association; resolutions or decisions about modifying the company's articles of association
(3) The filing of operation duration and subscribed capital amount requires revised company articles of association or amendments to the articles of association; For the changed amount of subscribed capital due to partial equity transfer between shareholders, an equity transfer agreement or equity delivery certificate signed by both shareholders is needed; For equity transfers by natural person shareholders, the personal income tax payment or tax declaration receipts related to the equity transfers are required.
(4) The filing of directors, supervisors, and senior management personnel requires the submission of resolutions or decisions on their appointment or removal.
(5) The changing of registration liaison personnel requires filling out the Liaison Information Form, and their identification proof.
(6) To change the recipients of legal documents of foreign investors, it is necessary to submit the Authorization Letter for Legal Document Delivery of Foreign-Invested Enterprises, the subject qualification document of the authorized individual or natural person identification proof (the Resident ID Card of the People's Republic of China).
