Application for Official Establishment of a Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Vocational Skill Training Institution (Non-Profit) After Establishment Preparation
Every applicant must submit an application for the official establishment of the institution concerned within three years from the date of approval for establishment preparation. Application materials that fulfill the required criteria shall be submitted to the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. If the materials are complete and comply with the relevant standards, they will be accepted following a review for legal format.

IV. Articles of association of the Chinese-foreign cooperative vocational skill training institution (which shall be attached with the list of the members of the first council, board of directors, or joint management committee)
V. Asset documents of the Chinese-foreign cooperative education institution
VI. Qualification certificates of the school president or main administrative heads, teachers, and accounting staff members
Legal processing time: 90 working days
Guaranteed processing time: 30working days
Application and acceptance: five working days
Review and decision-making: 30 working days
Issuance and delivery: eight working days
Definition of the guaranteed processing time: This refers specifically to the time allocated for the "review and decision-making" phase within the overall procedures.
