Application for Division, Merger, Change, or Termination of a Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Vocational Skill Training Institution (Non-Profit)
Any applicant who needs to apply for the division, merger, major changes, or termination of a Chinese-foreign cooperative vocational skill training institution shall submit application materials that fulfill the establishment criteria to the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. If the materials are complete and adhere to the required standards, the applications will be accepted following a review for legal format.
I. Application Letter for Merger, Division or Change(s) of Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education Institutions
II. Financial clearance documents
III. Resolutions of the council, board of directors, or joint management committee of the institution
IV. Additional materials required for termination
1. Plan for the proper arrangement of students of the institution
Legal processing time: 90 working days
Guaranteed processing time: 30working days
Application and acceptance: five working days
Review and decision-making: 30 working days
Issuance and delivery: eight working days
Definition of the guaranteed processing time: This refers specifically to the time allocated for the "review and decision-making" phase within the overall procedures.
