Registration of Changes for Non-corporate Enterprise Legal Entities (Municipalities with Districts)
The registration authority concerned shall conduct a format review of the application materials. In the case where the application materials are confirmed to be complete and comply with the legal format, the application for registration shall be processed immediately. If immediate registration is not possible, the registration must be completed within three working days. In complicated cases, this period may be extended by an additional three working days with the approval of the official in charge of the registration authority. If the submitted materials are incomplete or not in the prescribed format, the registration authority shall inform the applicant at once of the necessary supplements or corrections. I. Registration of Changes for Non-corporate Enterprise Legal Entities
1. Required basic materials: Application for Non-corporate Enterprise Legal Entity Registration (Filing); decisions or resolutions on amending the articles of association; revised articles of association or amendments to the articles of association; approvals (licenses); business license
2. Additional materials required for changes of domicile: Documentation proving lawful use of the new domicile (business premises)
3. Additional materials required for changes of legal representatives: Dismissal document for the previous legal representative; appointment document for the new legal representative; identification document of the new legal representative
4. Additional materials required for changes in business scopes: Approvals (licenses)
5. Additional materials required for changes of investors (competent authorities): Approvals (licenses) from the superior authority of the original investor (competent authority) regarding the enterprise transfer; approvals (licenses) from the superior authority of the new investor (competent authority) for their acceptance of the transfer; transfer agreements; eligibility certificates of the new investor (competent authority) after the change
6. Materials required for changes of names of investors (competent departments): Eligibility certificates; proof of the name change

IV. Registration (Filing) of Change for Branch Offices of Non-corporate Enterprise Legal Entities
1. Required basic materials: Application for Branch Office Registration (Filing); approvals (licenses); business license
2. For changes in company names: Updated business license of the parent company reflecting the name change
3. Additional materials required for changes of domicile (business premises) : Documentation proving lawful use of the new domicile (business premises)
4. For changes in the person in charge: Identification document of the person in charge. If the name of the person in charge has changed, a name change certificate issued by the public security bureau must also be submitted.
5. For changes in business scope: Approvals (licenses)
6. For changes in registration liaisons: Application for Branch Office Registration (Filing)
V. Materials Required for Increasing, Decreasing, Replacing Due to Loss, or Reissuing Licenses
1. An application form for the increase, decrease, replacement, or reissuance of licenses
