Registration for Establishment of Permanent Representative Offices of Overseas Enterprises
The administrative authorities shall handle the applicants' applications for administrative licenses according to the following circumstances: (V) If the application is within the jurisdiction of the administrative authority, and the submitted materials are complete and adhere to the legal format, or if the applicant has submitted all the supplementary materials required by the administrative authority, the application for the administrative license concerned shall be accepted. I. Registration for Establishment of a Permanent Representative Office of Overseas Enterprises
(I) An Application for Registration (Recordation) by Resident Representative Offices of Overseas Enterprises
(II) The domicile document of the overseas enterprise, along with the legal business documentation confirming that the overseas enterprise has been in operation for over two years
(III) The articles of association (or the establishment agreement) of the overseas enterprise
(IV) The authorization document (or the certificate of the authorization) issued by the overseas enterprise to the authorized signatory
(V) The appointment (employment) certificates for the chief representative and other representatives of the overseas enterprise
(VI) A credit certificate issued by a financial institution that does business with the overseas enterprise
(VII) The curriculum vitae and identity documents of the chief representative and other representatives
(VIII) The documents proving the legal usage of the residence or business premises of the representative office in China
(IX) The approval documents (licenses) from the relevant authorities
(X) A Commitment Letter for Registration Notification of Market Entities in Beijing

Definition of the guaranteed processing time: It refers to the period for the "review and decision-making" process among all procedures.
