On December 19, the "Development of Beijing International Demonstration Zone for Integrated Legal and Commercial Services & Chaoyang Themed Event " was held at Beijing CBD. During the event, the official logo of the Beijing International Demonstration Zone for Integrated Legal and Commercial Services was unveiled, and both Chaoyang and Fengtai districts were formally designated as demonstration zones bearing this title. The Chaoyang District introduced innovative measures to advance the development of the demonstration zone and released the publication Typical Cases of a Business-Friendly Chaoyang. Meanwhile, Beijing CBD signed cooperation agreements with relevant arbitration institutions and several courts, launched a "7+2+4+N" rule-of-law service matrix, and issued an initiative to galvanize support for the demonstration zone, all aimed at attracting a wide range of high-quality legal and commercial resources.

Moving forward, the demonstration zone will focus on introducing and aggregating general legal resources, such as those related to the judiciary, arbitration, mediation, forensic identification, notarization, and foreign law ascertainment  services. The initiative includes establishing a CBD comprehensive service center for the Demonstration Zone for Integrated Legal and Commercial Services to provide one-stop services for enterprises, promoting the setup of integrated intellectual property finance service points, building a data circulation platform for legal and commercial sectors, and developing the CBD International Talent Harbour . Additionally, efforts will be made to attract international organizations with global influence, strengthen international exchanges and talent cultivation, and host thematic events centered on legal-commercial services integration. By 2027, the zone aims to establish itself as a trailblazer in integrated innovation, a benchmark for business environment reform, and a demonstration zone for supporting enterprises in expanding overseas. It will also serve as a key node for advancing the development of the Belt and Road Initiative and progressively develop into a global epicenter for legal-commercial services integration that embodies both Chinese characteristics and international standards.
