The Mercedes-Benz Virtual Assistant large model has just been recommended for filing by Beijing, developed by Mercedes-Benz (China) Car Sales Service Co., Ltd. It has now passed the review of multiple national authorities, including the Office of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission. This is the first foreign-enterprise's large model product approved for operation in Beijing and one of the first in the country. As of November 11, a total of 163 generative artificial intelligence large models in Beijing have passed national filing and are operational.

This model utilizes AI generation from Douyin's Skylark to empower the newly launched all-electric CLA model of Mercedes-Benz. It provides users with services such as voice interaction, intelligent navigation, and cabin control. It is projected to serve 70,000 vehicles annually by 2026. The CLA model is equipped with a new intelligent human-machine interaction system, allowing the vehicle system to push frequently used functions as cards to the user's homepage, making the system far smarter for various usages.
