Two years after its inauguration in Beijing’s Chaoyang District, the Headquarters of International Science and Technology Organizations has become a vibrant hub for global scientific collaboration. It has now attracted 28 international sci-tech organizations, including the World Green Design Organization Beijing Representative Office (Belgium), International Hydrogen Fuel Cell Association, and International Panel of Mesoscience.
International sci-tech organizations can not only connect global innovation resources but also gain more opportunities to participate in global science and technology governance. According to third-party data, regions such as the San Francisco-San Jose area, New York, Beijing, London, and Paris are currently ranked among the world's leading innovation hubs. From this perspective, Beijing’s strong research ecosystem, policy support, and international openness make it a natural magnet for such organizations. Furthermore, Chaoyang District serves as the capital's primary window for international exchanges, offering one-stop services for organization registration, foreign investment filing, talent visas, and other matters.
