The Beijing Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese recently held a special promotional event for Shunyi District at Beijing Jinglun Hotel, with nearly 80 overseas Chinese representatives attending.
The event mainly promoted the achievements of Shunyi District and the Beijing Sino-German Industrial Park in developing the fields of new energy smart vehicles, third-generation semiconductors, aerospace, and smart equipment. Shunyi District has played a leading role as a model area for Beijing's innovative industry clusters, demonstrating its unique advantages of location, high economic strength, solid and effective industry policies, and a very livable international environment ideal for doing business.
During the event, the Beijing Sino-German Industrial Park was highlighted. With the Park covering an area of 20 square kilometers, Shunyi District aims to create a model zone for Beijing Sino-German economic and technological cooperation that will cover the entire region. The Industrial Park has become the first national-level Sino-German cooperation park with the theme of "economic and technological cooperation", and attracted more than 100 German-funded enterprises such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Ameco, Bosch, and Wilo Group.
Shunyi District and Beijing Sino-German Industrial Park will use the event as an opportunity to strengthen coordinated development with the Beijing Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, focus on high-tech industries, enhance the sharing of resources and channels, carry out joint exchange activities, and explore new forms of Sino-German and Sino-European cooperation as well as share new development achievements.
