As a key area built by the Beijing Municipal Government to foster the clustering of unicorn enterprises, Fengtai Innovation Center is actively building a dynamic ecosystem for unicorn enterprises with a park-like environment, intelligent office, open communication, and one-stop business services.

Policy: Fostering the cluster development of enterprises

Fengtai District's "Eight Unicorns" Policy initiative has released 4 million square meters of high-quality office space. So far, seven unicorn and potential unicorn enterprises have been introduced, of which All In Tech and Easy Transfer have already settled in the Beijing Kandan Unicorn Innovation Base.

Fengtai Innovation Center has signed lease contracts with 31 enterprises and institutions, with 21 of them already in residence, while attracting more than 50 potential clients.

Environment: Eco-smart empowering new commercial office experience

Fengtai Innovation Center has built up a workspace featuring 115,200 square meters of green space, a 2,500-square-meter cultural and art exchange center, and a 63,500-square-meter open commercial space. The central building of the park is the first in Fengtai District to obtain the LEED-CS Platinum Certification.

Based on the green ecological base, the smart park provides more modern and humanized service support for enterprises, such as the intelligent garage, full air-conditioning system, and safety elevator system.

Service: Becoming a personal "butler" for enterprises

Fengtai Innovation Center has organized a series of activities to serve enterprises that substantially support enterprises' networking and resource expansion.

At the same time, a variety of innovative public business spaces, such as the Sky Parlor and Shared Meeting Rooms, provide whole-chain meeting solutions for enterprises, empowering them for outstanding growth. The Government Service Hall in the park also meets enterprises' needs for convenient, efficient, one-stop business processing.
