Enterprises in Hebei Province may now apply for business licenses of Beijing in the China (Hebei) Pilot Free Trade Zone (hereinafter referred to as the "Zone") without making their employees pay physical visits to Beijing.

Recently, Beijing Municipal Administrative Center and the Zone signed a pilot framework agreement on delegating the provision of cross-regional government services to China (Hebei) Pilot Free Trade Zone, resulting in the launch of the Beijing-Heibei Cross-regional Government Service Window. Nearly 3,500 types of government services of Beijing Municipality and Tongzhou District have been in the Zone in a cross-regional manner without distinction. The Management Committee of Beijing Municipal Administrative Center and the Office of the Zone established a collaboration and coordination mechanism, jointly completed the setup of the "Cloud Service Window" and self-service terminals, and made proper arrangements for specific tasks such as government service models, service arrangement, and setups of service windows, to provide enterprises and individuals with online and offline services in all scenarios and through whole processes.
