Recently, the China-Europe freight train departed from the Jingping Logistics Hub in Beijing's Pinggu District, arrived at the Belerast Railway Station, Moscow, Russia. It is the first China-Europe freight train departing from Beijing. Mafang in Pinggu District has become the first base of the China-Europe Railway Express in Beijing, opening up a new fast and efficient foreign trade corridor for Beijing's export-oriented economy.

To date,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has outlined a network of the China-Europe Railway Express with four bases in Mafang of Pinggu District, Xingang and Xingangbei in Tianjin, and Gaoyi in Shijiazhuang respectively, and six stable cross-border transportation lines.
