The Beijing China-Japan Innovation and Cooperation Demonstration Zone recently achieved collaboration with two Japanese enterprises, namely Frontier Management Inc. and RIZAP GROUP, Inc.
Among the two Japanese enterprises, Frontier Management Inc. is a listed company specializing in the management consulting and merger and acquisition advisory services. With a presence in various countries around the globe, including China, the United States, France, and Singapore, the company is one of the top ten companies in its field. RIZAP GROUP, Inc. is the largest gym chain brand in Japan. The company expressed its admiration and pleasure for the world-class international business service environment offered to enterprises in the Beijing China-Japan Innovation and Cooperation Demonstration Zone.
Established with the approval of the National Development and Reform Commission in 2020, the Beijing China-Japan Innovation and Cooperation Demonstration Zone plays an important role in promoting high-level opening up between China and Japan. The demonstration zone, situated at the core area of Nanzhongzhou Road in Beijing, covers a total area of approximately ten square kilometers and consists of three major areas dedicated to advanced intelligent manufacturing, innovative Research and Development, and living facilities. As a thriving new cooperation zone, it brings significant opportunities for cooperation between the two nations.
To date, the demonstration zone has had over 2,200 newly registered market entities, 337 key projects, and 72 foreign-funded enterprises. By 2035, the demonstration zone is expected to have a permanent population of about 37,000. The existing plan indicates that the urban and rural construction land will cover 8.7 square kilometers and the industrial land will reach about 3.5 square kilometers. The demonstration zone seeks to attract a group of international innovation-driven enterprises and create a collaborative environment to foster breakthroughs in the future development.
