The Zhongguancun Sci-Tech Innovation Financial Service Center, a vital part in the new round of pilot reforms for Zhongguancun, will integrate functions of the Beijing Enterprise Loan Renewal Center, the Beijing Equity Trading Center and other institutions to innovate regulatory mechanisms and develop into an innovation and service hub providing financial support for sci-tech enterprises.

The Zhongguancun Sci-Tech Innovation Financial Service Center will make good use of resources from high-quality innovation-driven enterprises in Zhongguancun and give full play to the demonstration effect of organizations that have settled in the center, so as to achieve the agglomeration of innovative mechanisms, characteristic data, professional institutions, and high-quality enterprises. The center will provide a series of financial services, such as credit support, insurance services, investment and financing matchmaking, and regional equity trading. In addition, the center will offer not only comprehensive financial services for sci-tech enterprises, but also guidance for financial institutions in Zhongguancun in strengthening the technological innovation, mechanism innovation and product innovation of financial services for sci-tech enterprises. In this way, the center hopes to provide more products, more convenient financing channels, and better financial services for innovation-driven sci-tech enterprises and propose financial solutions for the development of the International Center for Science and Technology Innovation and a world-leading science and technology park.
