Recently, Beijing Equity Trading Center (Beijing Siban Equity Trading Center) released eight relief and support measures to further guide more financial resources to help micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) respond to the impact brought by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Accelerate the listing of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). By cooperating with private equity fund managers, Beijing Equity Trading Center will establish private equity investment funds targeted at the New Third Board and Beijing Stock Exchange. The newly established funds will provide financial support to meet enterprises' demands and facilitate their development. Meanwhile, Beijing Equity Trading Center will offer considerate "butler-style" listing services for enterprises and enhance the cooperation and coordination of the regional equity market and national securities market to accelerate the listing of a batch of high-quality SMEs.

Reduce listing fees and simplify information disclosure processes. Based on the eight relief and support measures and policy support from municipal and district-level government departments, the intermediary cost of SMEs listed and cultivated in Beijing Equity Trading Center will be further reduced while the processing time for the listing is expected to be shortened.

Support and strengthen the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) for university students. According to the eight relief and support measures, the GEM for university students shall give full play to its "government + university + industrial park + market" integrated service mechanism and improve the success rate of self-employment of university students and financing in Beijing Municipality. Beijing Equity Trading Center will also cooperate with a batch of incubation and cultivation bases of the GEM for university students, so as to provide guidance and training for graduates who wish to embark on entrepreneurship. It aims to create sustainable jobs by promoting high-quality graduate entrepreneurs in Beijing Municipality.
