Learning that Shell China planned to establish a company dedicated to new energy and digitalization, the Beijing CBD immediately arranged a service butler to provide "one-to-one" support, helping the company identify applicable industrial policies and assisting with establishment-related procedures and registration. The company also received support in tax registration, receipt (fapiao) application, social security registration, and housing provident fund registration, among others.
