Beijing Investment Promotion Service Center is a bureau-level organization directly under the People's Government of Beijing Municipality. It is responsible for the promotion of investment in the city. 

Main functions: 

1. Attracting businesses and investments. To promote domestic and foreign investors and enterprises to invest in Beijing, attract domestic and foreign high-end talents to develop in Beijing, hold a series of investment promotion activities such as Beijing - Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Symposium, Invest in Beijing and Invest in Various Districts at home and abroad, and guide and coordinate investment promotion in the development areas in various districts. 

2. Providing services for enterprises. To provide services such as introduction of investment environment, advocacy of policies, release of business opportunities, project matchmaking, investment consultation, delegated application for examination and approval, acceptance of complaints, personnel services and problem-solving for domestic and foreign investors and enterprises to invest in Beijing, and provide comprehensive consulting and services for the city's fixed asset investment projects. 

3. Providing outbound investment services. To coordinate and provide services for enterprises in Beijing to invest in other provinces, cities and overseas, and organize investment tours and project negotiation for domestic and foreign investors and enterprises in areas receiving partner assistance from Beijing. 

4. Organizing Party, Trade Union and Youth League building activities for foreign-invested enterprises. To be responsible for the Party, Trade Union and Youth League building of foreign-invested enterprises.
