As verified, foreign nationals who have resided in Beijing for a cumulative period of 180 days or more may apply for this certificate via this website: https://gaj.beijing.gov.cn . Click on the following in sequence in the "Government Services" (政务服务) section"-"I Want to Apply" (我要办) - "Exit-Entry Services"(出入境服务) - "Foreigners' Applications for Inquiry of Criminal Records" (外国人申请查询犯罪记录).

The following documents are required for online submission:

① A photo or copy of the valid passport bio page of the applicant, as well as the passport bio pages covering the period to be checked;

② Query Application Form (查询申请表) for personal criminal record checks (to be uploaded after completion and signature on the application page).

Please log in by scanning the QR code via Alipay, WeChat or the "Jingtong" (京通）mini-program. Proxy applications are not accepted for online services.
