1. For projects under filing management, before starting construction, the enterprise should inform the filing authority of the following information through the online platform: (1) Basic enterprise information; (2) Project name, construction location, scale, and content; (3) Project’s total investment; (4) Declaration of project's compliance with industrial policies.

2. The information declared must be complete and genuine, and stamped with the official seal of the applying enterprise.
