The Cultural and Creative Store of the National Library of China (Weigong Fanghuali Branch) has officially opened to the public. Covering nearly 1,300 square meters, the venue brings together multiple aspects, including book borrowing and sales, cultural and creative product displays, art exhibitions, study tours, intangible cultural heritage workshops, coffee and light meals, cultural salons, and parent-child reading. Meanwhile, the store features nearly 1,000 original cultural and creative products developed by the National Library of China, covering a wide range of categories such as creative handicrafts, new types of publications, digital AR/VR products, and creative experience courses. It also introduces more than 100 domestic and international first-tier brands, including stationery, toys, and audiovisual products.

As a new initiative that bridges traditional culture and modern living, this first store in Beijing's commercial sector draws inspiration from classic works such as The Classic of Mountains and Seas, A Dream of Red Mansions, and classic oracle bone inscriptions. It has created immersive themed spaces such as the "Oracle Bone Hall" and the "Starry Sky Dome." The aesthetics of masterpieces including the Yongle Encyclopedia and Shi Wu Ben Cao are woven into its design, transforming the venue  into cultural corners for visitors to explore and enjoy, allowing the public to experience the depth and charm of Chinese civilization.

The store also participates in the National Library's "Shared Reading" project, offering free access to nearly 20,000 selected books. In addition, drawing on the rich resources of the National Library's Children's Department, it hosts expert lectures, study tours, and hands-on workshops, providing children with diverse and engaging cultural experiences.
