This October, Shijingshan's Shougang Park will welcome the partial opening of the R+ Life Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Center"), its second commercial complex following Chang'an Mills.

As one of Beijing's key projects and a pilot international talent community, the Center will showcase creative, unique brands such as South German Bakery, Mofang Bookstore, and Galli Theater. It aims to provide a convenient 15-minute living circle within Shougang Park, offering opportunities to engage with the latest and trendiest lifestyle experiences.

Drawing on Shougang Park's comprehensive industry chain spanning robotics and sci-fi sectors, the Center will collaborate with ecosystem partners to develop China's first robot-friendly commercial space. The complex will host the country's first robot life experience zone, featuring various types of robots to serve visitors, and showcasing the adorable companion robot model "RoRo" throughout the space, to promote the integration of robotics from labs into the urban consumption environment.

The Center will also host a variety of themed events, including markets, exhibitions, performances, and workshops focusing on street culture, sports, pets, and more. Additionally, with the opening of its third-floor community space, the introduction of public-facing brands such as Mofang Bookstore (home to the largest commercial self-study space in China) and Galli Theater, as well as shared facilities like cyclist stations and pet interaction zones, the Center will continuously expand its shared resources. These efforts will provide fertile ground for the incubation of new content and brands, ensuring that every visit promises new discoveries and creative inspiration.
