8th Zhongguancun International Advanced Technology Competition for Industrial Internet Successfully Concluded

On January 3, the 8th Zhongguancun International Advanced Technology Competition for Industrial Internet and the Semi-finals of the Industrial Internet and Smart City Track of the 4th "Beijing - Jingxian Cup" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition were held at the Center of Excellence in Entrepreneurship and Innovation of Shougang Fund.
These events were jointly hosted by Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission, the Administrative Commission of Zhongguancun Science Park, the CPC Shijingshan District Committee, and Shijingshan District People's Government, and co-organized by Zhongguancun High-tech Industry Promotion Center, Zhongguancun Frontier Technology and Industrial Service Alliance, the Organization Department of the CPC Shijingshan District Committee, the Management Committee of Shijingshan Park of Zhongguancun Science Park, Shijingshan Science and Technology Commission, and TusStar Incubator.
During the competitions, seven expert judges from universities, research institutes, and investment institutions provided precise guidance and detailed comments from multiple dimensions such as team advantages, industrial innovation, intellectual property, market demand, core competitiveness, and business models, and proposed multiple constructive opinions and suggestions for the future development of various projects.
A total of projects were involved in the competitions. In the end, 10 projects including the new generation AI visual inspection software and hardware integrated platform solution targeted at industrial quality inspection scenarios stood out.
Zhongguancun International Advanced Technology Competition aims to closely track the development trends of cutting-edge technologies and selects teams with cutting-edge technologies through "global invitation, free exploration, and public roadshows", creating a high-level platform for showcasing frontier technologies and conducting exchanges. Since its inception in 2017, it has held seven sessions, attracting over 15,000 projects and teams from around the world, among which 19 have been listed in Chinese and foreign capital markets, 61 have grown into global unicorns, and 79 have become potential unicorns. Notably, 219 projects have received over CNY 800 million in government funding, driving social financing of over CNY 150 billion. As part of ZGC Forum, it has become a high-level platform for external communication and cutting-edge technology competition.
