The World Winter Sports (Beijing) Expo 2024 will be held in Shougang Park, Beijing from October 11 to 13. The theme of this year's expo is "Walking with Light."

This year, the WWSE will combine online and offline exhibitions, summit forums, industry matchmaking, and other special activities with the main exhibition events being staged at Shougang Park Exhibition Halls 8, 9, and 10. There will be exhibition areas for national winter organizations, winter and alpine technologies, sports science and technology, the coordinated development of the winter economy in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, seasonal provincial and municipal organizations, winter tourism destinations, winter college and university industrial services, personal equipment for snow and ice activities, outdoor lifestyle exhibitions, and more. Over 20 countries are expected to participate in the exhibition, with more than 500 brands to showcase their products.

In addition to the traditional opening ceremony and the main forum, this year's WWSE will host the Annual Meeting of the Global Ice & Snow Industry Alliance and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Forum on the Coordinated Development of the Ice & Snow Economy, the Olympic City Sustainable Development Forum, and the Ice & Snow Tourism and Regional Development Forum, among others, with the 2024 Research Report on China's Ice and Snow Industry Development scheduled to be released as well.

The results of the 2024 Leading International Winter Sports Brand Awards will also be announced at the event, together with a series of new product releases, industry matchmaking activities, ice and snow consumption and mass sports events, and second-hand winter markets.
