Recently, beside Fenglin Village in Fragrant Hills Park, the Xiangshan Cultural Space officially opened to the public. It is Beijing's first Xinhua Bookstore outlet located in a municipal park.

The bookstore integrates the park's natural scenery into its interior design, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere.

Unlike traditional bookstores, this venue adopts an integrated business model of "books + cultural souvenirs + light meals + activities". It serves as both a convenient stop for hikers and a cultural space for visitors seeking a moment of rest.

Stepping inside, visitors are greeted by a clean, welcoming interior design. The space is thoughtfully divided into a reading area, a lounge area, and an events area. Books spanning literature, art and popular science are neatly categorized on the shelves, covering a wide variety of subjects.

Beyond the indoor book and cultural souvenir area and lounge area, the outdoor area is specially tailored for teenagers, offering a rich variety of activities such as reading and handicraft workshops.
