The first major event of the 2026 Beijing International Gourmet Festival—the 2026 Taste of Beijing Food Festival—will be held at Beijing Exhibition Center from June 10 to 14, 2026. Please share this news with your foodie friends and immerse yourself in an unforgettable culinary celebration!

The festival will feature 160 food stalls in total. Visitors can savor regional specialties served by Beijing-based restaurants. Besides classic flavors from time-honored brands, novel favorites and crowd-pulling specialties will also be available here.

More than 100 Beijing-based restaurants featuring regional cuisines from across China will participate in the festival. You can try the fresh and savory flavors of northeastern China, the mild and tropical offerings from China's south coast, hearty grilled specialties from northern grasslands, refined dishes of the Jiangnan cuisines, spicy Sichuan and Chongqing dishes, as well as traditional mellow flavors of Shandong. One bite will take you on a tasty journey across the diverse culinary landscape of China.

Popular signature dishes will together make a grand return here: lamb skewers from Xinjiang and Qinghai, guobaorou (Northeast-style crispy pork in sweet and sour sauce) and xueyi dousha (sweet red beans in fried egg whites) from Jilin, Chaoshan beef balls from Guangdong, and many more. No need to travel outside Beijing or wander around the city—just come here and eat to your heart's content!

The festival will also bring together numerous time-honored culinary brands from Beijing and the rest of China. These classic flavors have been passed down for decades, even centuries, distinguished by their traditional culinary techniques, age-old recipes or dedicated skills handed down from generation to generation.
