Rendering of the "Wanli" project
The construction of the highly-anticipated Wanli commercial and entertainment complex project will be completed in May and open for public in the second half of this year. It will be home to Beijing's largest outlet.
Located in the cultural tourism area of the Beijing Municipal Administrative Center (BMC), a short walk west of the Universal Beijing Resort, the Wanli complex consists of three major sections: Wangfujing WellTown, Nous Land Hotel, and Tingyun Micro-Resort Town. Covering a floor area of around 476,300 square meters, it will bring a wide range of international brands and first stores, anticipated to attract 60,000 footfalls daily.

Rendering of Wangfujing WellTown
The six-story Wangfujing WellTown will feature Beijing's largest outlet. Its first two floors are set to house global boutique brands, while the fourth, fifth, and sixth floors will incorporate a cultural and art center, a cinema, and well-known dining brands.

Rendering of Nous Land Hotel
The five-star Nous Land Hotel, connected to the mall through a corridor, offers panoramic views of the Hogwarts™ Castle within The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™. The top floor is equipped with an infinity pool as well as a restaurant where customers can enjoy the sunset view. There, tourists can admire the Universal Beijing Resort from a brand-new angle.
Tingyun Micro-Resort Town offers 13 clusters of homestays in the south, complemented by a vibrant commercial street anchoring its northern end. The town has diverse attractions, including a dinosaur-themed hall, a Le Petit Prince-themed park, and the URIDE skate park, among others. In the park situated in its southwest, besides regular musical performances, a "crater" landscape has been designed, with plans for light shows to ignite the night here.
The Wanli project will be connected by three subway lines: Line 1–Batong Line, Line 7, and the planned Line S6. In the future, citizens arriving at Huazhuang Subway Station will be able to directly access the underground commercial area without exiting the station. The planned Line S6 will provide access between the Wanli complex and Beijing's two airports, cutting travel times to the Wanli project to 30 minutes from the Daxing Airport and to 20 minutes from the Capital Airport. Additionally, the nearby Beijing Sub-Center Railway Station, which encompasses multiple inter-city railway lines linking Tianjin and Hebei, will serve visitors from these regions.
Upon opening, the complex will provide dedicated shuttle buses to and from the Universal Beijing Resort. Additionally, visitors can take a one-stop ride on Line 1–Batong Line and Line 7 to the resort.
In terms of parking facilities, the project is managing to secure an additional 2,000 temporary parking spaces in the northern plot, aside from its 2,700 parking spaces available in the mall's two underground levels.
