Would you like to feel the beauty of Suzhou-style gardens during the chilly winter? Shijingshan Planning Exhibition Hall is an ideal choice! As Beijing's first garden-style planning exhibition hall, established in the spring of 2024, it occupies a total area of 2.1 hectares, with 1.8 hectares dedicated to landscaped gardens. It comprises three parts, namely the Planning Exhibition Area, the Planner's Home, and the Comprehensive Support Area. The Exhibition Area features the Main Hall, the Urban Rejuvenation Hall, the Dual Olympic District Hall, the Urban Changes Hall, the Ecological Industry Hall, and the Dream-Building Shijingshan 4D Cinema, comprehensively showcasing the district's development history, construction achievements, and planning visions over the years.
The indoor exhibition hall is equipped with a 270° circular giant screen, where flowing light projections and the urban planning sand table directly showcase the achievements of Shijingshan in building a "City of Revival, City of Vitality, City of Beauty, and City of Quality".
The hall is open to the public free of charge. Visitors need to make appointments via its official WeChat mini-program in advance and present valid appointment information for verification upon arrival. The hall is open from Tuesdays to Sundays, and closed all day on Mondays (separate notifications will be made for any adjustment). Visiting hours are from 9:00 to 17:00 (last entry at 16:00).
