A super commercial and entertainment complex named "Wanli" is set to open in May 2025 in Beijing Municipal Administrative Center, anticipating a daily footfall of 40,000. Covering a development area of about 500,000 square meters in total, it will house the largest boutique outlet mall in northern China, a resort town for micro-vacations, a luxurious five-star high-end hotel, a thermal spring water park, and a children's amusement park, among others, while providing venues for livehouse performances, technological experiences and more. It is expected to become an all-in-one complex integrating elements of commerce, culture, tourism, and entertainment.
