On May 21, the 2026 Ba River International Waterfront Consumption Season (the "Season" for short) officially kicked off at the Future Land Art Center in the Jiangtai region.

During the Season, sunset concerts, live band performances and dance shows are scheduled to add vibrant touches to the riverside nights. An art exhibition on tour presented by the Central Academy of Fine Arts is also scheduled to be launched along the Ba River, offering visitors a diverse range of immersive experiences. The Season is designed to create an all-day mini-getaway experience featuring dining, shopping and leisure activities from daytime through dusk. Jiangfu Park and Langyuan Station will also launch waterfront walking routes based on various themes. Everyone can relax in nature through sports—cycling, riverside strolls, and paddleboarding—or just an urban trip.
