The 2024 Beijing-Changping Forum on Life Science will be held on November 22 in Changping District, Beijing, with over 20 sub-events scheduled.

Themed "Ignite Life for Future", this forum invites distinguished guests from over 20 foreign government authorities and international organizations, as well as hundreds of leading experts. The attending experts will discuss multiple agenda items pertaining to the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, such as the role of sci-tech innovation in driving the sectors' development, and ecosystem construction, to contribute their insights and expertise to the high-quality development of the two sectors.

The forum will feature an opening ceremony, eight parallel forums, and an exhibition. More than 20 sub-events include the main forum and others will be rolled out. For the first time, the forum will introduce four main sections focusing respectively on academic conferences, industrial forums, project exchanges, and cultural activities. It aims to drive the integrated development of governments, industrial players, academia, research institutions, medical institutions, financial institutions and intermediary services by focusing on advantageous industries such as cutting-edge technologies, medical devices, beauty and health, and synthetic biomanufacturing, and crucial aspects such as pharmaceutical R&D, financial investment, and product export.

In addition, the forum will keep an eye on disruptive technologies in life sciences and explore innovation trends through various forms like industrial forums, innovation competitions, roadshows, and product exhibitions. This year's session will also feature overseas sub-venues for the first time for conducting cross-border online exchanges and signing international cooperation projects in the pharmaceutical and health sectors, to support Chinese pharmaceutical and health enterprises in setting foot in the overseas markets.
