On August 25, the three-day-long HICOOL Global Entrepreneur Summit concluded in Beijing. Focusing on innovation trends of cutting-edge technologies such as AI and new-generation information technologies, the summit featured nearly 1,000 hard-core technologies and extraordinary entrepreneurial projects, participated by more than 500 high-tech innovation enterprises and over 1,000 global investors from nearly 100 countries and regions worldwide. The summit served as a diversified and international platform for displaying, match-making and exchanges for entrepreneurs around the globe
The previous five sessions of HICOOL have accumulatively attracted more than 32,000 talented entrepreneurs and 24,100 entrepreneurial projects from 145 countries and regions around the world, and incubated 16 unicorns and over 120 specialized, high-grade and innovation-driven SMEs that produce novel and unique products. More than demonstrating cheering data, HICOOL also serves as a distinct brand of Beijing in the drive to build an international center for science and technology innovation and a high-level talent hub.
Some exhibitors remarked that Beijing is undoubtedly the first choice for foreigners coming to China, as it has a large population and numerous visionary investors. All these have worked together to nurture a vibrant and prosperous business environment, making Beijing a commercial and innovation center that draws global attention.
