19th World Culture Festival Carnival Kicks off

On April 27, the 19th World Culture Festival Carnival was opened at Beijing Language and Culture University, and the 2024 Beijing Universities International Culture Month was launched on the same day. After 21 years of development, the World Culture Festival Carnival has become an important platform for displaying the splendid culture of different countries, and since 2023, the festival has been continuously included in the supporting activities of ZGC Forum.

A parade of students from different countries kicked off the 19th World Culture Festival Carnival. Hundreds of Chinese and foreign students, dressed in their distinctive national costumes, sang and danced on the site.

At the activity site, visitors experienced screen printing, Hanfu (traditional Chinese costumes), traditional sports, and other activities, immersing themselves into the deep heritage of traditional Chinese culture. The Students Service Zone also set up booths featuring job & internship recruitment, a display of Chinese-foreign cooperative education projects, and a themed display of rural revitalization, to provide students with first-hand assistance in employment and higher education counseling.
