Lu Xun's Former Residence in Beijing

Lu Xun, a Chinese writer, thinker, and one of the founders of Chinese modern literature, lived here from May 1924 to August 1926. The interior of the house has been preserved in its original state. On the east side of the residence lies Lu Xun Museum, which houses a large number of manuscripts and items left by Lu Xun.
