What to Prepare in Advance

The original copy of the Application Form for Registration (Recordation) of Branch Companies, Non-corporate Branch Offices, and Business Entities

The original resolution letter on establishing a branch office signed by all partners

The photocopy of the original certificate of lawful use of the domicile (business premises)

The original approval document (permit)

The photocopy of the original business license of partnership enterprises

The photocopy of the appointment letter of the head of the branch office nominated by all partners and the photocopy of his/her identity document

The original notification and commitment letter

  • 1. An original copy of the Application Letter for Registration (Recordation) of Branch Companies, Non-corporate Branch Offices, and Business Entities
  • 2. An original copy of the resolution letter on establishing a branch office signed by all partners
  • 3. A photocopy of the original certificate of lawful use of the domicile (business premises) (The photocopy of the original property ownership certificate shall be submitted. Where the property ownership certificate is not obtained, documents shall be submitted based on the requirements of the General Guidelines on Investment License Application. If the property owner is a natural person, the abovementioned documents shall be signed by the natural person. If the property owner is an entity, the abovementioned documents shall be affixed with an official seal). (Late submission is allowed)
  • 4. An original copy of the approval document (permit) (For branch offices that need to be approved prior to registration or their business scope to be registered involves projects needing approval prior to registration in accordance with laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council, the photocopies of the relevant approval documents or permits shall be submitted).
  • 5. A photocopy of the original business license of partnership enterprises (Late submission is allowed.)
  • 6. The photocopy of the appointment letter of the head of the branch office nominated by all partners and the photocopy of his/her identity document (The photocopy of the ID card shall be pasted and the appointment information shall be signed in the application letter.)
  • 7. An original copy of the notification and commitment letter [Where the handling of the matter is based on the notification and commitment system, the Notification and Commitment System for the Registration of Market Entities in Beijing—Commitment Letter of the Sponsor (Legal Representative) and the Notification and Commitment System for the Registration of Market Entities in Beijing—Commitment Letter of the Presenter shall be submitted].
