Eligible Applicants

The apartments are available to professionals from national laboratories, key laboratories, and other related institutions; high-level talent recognized under the Phoenix Plan; and employees from key organizations such as national high-tech enterprises, specialized and sophisticated enterprises, enterprises recognized under the Hummingbird Plan, multinational corporate headquarters, and enterprises recognized under the Fengming Plan.

The complex is located at Courtyard 51, Laiguangying East Road in the North Zone of BEZIT Park, adjacent to Alibaba's headquarters. It has a gross floor area of approximately 184,000 square meters, comprising 1,270 residential units which include 292 premium serviced apartments and 978 talent apartments. The first 594 units are now available for leasing.

The complex also features an underground shopping street connected to Cuigezhuang Station of Subway Line 15, along with 11,000 square meters of landscaped space at its core. Another highlight is a 1,700-square-meter-large sunlit lawn called "Yue Park" (悦Park), equipped with a fitness center, swimming pools, community centers, commercial centers, and other high-standard facilities.

Leasing and Move-in Services

The leasing system is well-established, offering move-in-ready accommodations. Talent apartments are priced at RMB 125 per building square meter per month, while serviced apartments are RMB 210 per building square meter per month. The serviced apartments feature international-standard furniture and smart home systems, with appliances from brands such as Siemens, Dyson and Panasonic. They also use facial recognition access control, electronic door locks, and whole-house smart control panels. An awesome range of personalized services is available to enhance tenant experience, including the annual fitness center passes for individual use, breakfast service, twice weekly housekeeping, weekly linen laundry, community activities, and move-in-ready packages.

The apartments offer a minimum of 5 to 120 rent-free days for tenants completing a one-year lease term, with the specific duration determined by the lease period, unit type, and floor level.
