Foreigners meeting domestic labor market demand and aligned with national policies are identified as other foreign personnel, mainly including:
i. Foreigners complying with current regulations on management of foreigners working in China.
ii. Foreigners engaged in temporary or short-term (no more than 90 days) work.
iii. Those who are managed according to quota systems, including foreign youths who come to China for internships according to inter-governmental agreements, foreign students and foreign graduates from overseas universities who meet the prescribed conditions, and foreigners working in special fields such as offshore fishing.
