The musical "The Phantom of the Opera" is adapted from Gaston Leroux's novel of the same name. Since its London premiere in 1986, it has been staged in 205 cities across 58 countries.

A three-meter-tall "Phantom Mask" installation has been set up at the entrance of the Beijing Tianqiao Performing Arts Center, and has become a popular photo spot for capturing memories of the show.
