This year's summit will adopt a model combining conferences and exhibitions, with a main stage, eight ecological exhibition areas, 10 sub-stages and a number of featured spaces for interactions. The summit will bring together leading innovative forces from more than 50 countries and regions, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Ireland, Japan, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, and South Africa. The high-quality projects to be featured include those in cutting-edge fields, such as embodied intelligence, quantum computing and brain-computer interface. New products of high-end, precision and cutting-edge projects will make their global debut, and 200 award-winning projects of the HICOOL 2025 Global Entrepreneurship Competition will also make their first appearance.
The International Innovation Exhibition Area this year will highlight "distinctive features, diverse entities and upgraded scale". It will bring together international science and technology parks, incubators, technology transfer institutions and top venture capital players, while also deeply promoting the global integration of governments, industries, academia and research institutes by convening world-class universities. At the same time, it aims to strengthen the incorporation of factors through international talent services, showcasing both the capacity to integrate global innovation resources and the depth of international cooperation from multiple angles.
Meanwhile, a series of supporting events will also take place, including the "Science and Technology Tour of Beijing" and the HICOOL Technology Culture Consumption Festival.
