On July 9, the 2nd China (Beijing) Pet Reptile Fair (中国北京·爬宠嘉年华) kicked off simultaneously at Jiuhua Resort and the Beijing Strawberry Expo Park in Changping District. The five-day event will run through July 13.

This year's fair brings together more than 2,300 reptile-related commercial and cultural entities from across China, featuring over 1,000 species of exotic pets including lizards, geckos, snakes, turtles, arthropods, small mammals, and more. The event is divided into eight zones, including an exhibition area for science education, an interactive experience zone, a marketplace for creative souvenirs, and a zone for selling live reptiles and relevant equipment. Visitors can wander around, partake in hands-on interaction, and shop in one go.
