Handling troubles while shopping or receiving services

Consumers may ask for compensation from sellers when their legitimate rights and interests are encroached while shopping or receiving services. In case of a dispute, consumers may consult with the seller, or ask for intermediation through the Association of Consumer Protection, consumers can also make a claim to an administrative department, or file a suit in the local people's court.
