On September 2, the opening ceremony of The 13th China Art Festival National Exhibition of Outstanding Works of Fine Arts, National Exhibition of Outstanding Works of Calligraphy and Seal Cutting, and National Exhibition of Outstanding Works of Photography kicked off in Beijing.
More than 1,000 pieces of works are exhibited, covering multiple art categories including Chinese painting, oil painting, engraving, sculpture, calligraphy, seal cutting and photography. The National Exhibition of Outstanding Works of Fine Arts, National Exhibition of Outstanding Works of Calligraphy and Seal Cutting, and National Exhibition of Outstanding Works of Photography will be held at the National Art Museum of China, Tian Jin Art Museum and Shijiazhuang Art Museum & Academy respectively.
Lasting until October 14, the National Exhibition of Outstanding Works of Fine Arts showcases works covering a wide variety of topics including social development, people's livelihood and ending poverty.
