During the scorching summer, many amusement parks in Beijing have rolled out summer-themed activities for visitors to beat the heat. Come and enjoy!
Universal Beijing Resort
The summer-limited event Universal Cool Summer at Universal Beijing Resort made its return on June 15 and will be available until August 18. The DJ water show welcomes an evening version, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in water amusement activities with live music. Two dryer facilities, sunshades and lockers have been set up near the Hollywood Amphitheater, enabling visitors to comfortably proceed with the rest of their visit.
Every evening on Saturdays and Sundays from June 8 to September 1, the Music@CityWalk on Universal CityWalk offers dazzling and delectable dining options in addition to thrilling live music.
Shijingshan Amusement Park
For this summer, Shijingshan Amusement Park has extended its operating hours, now open from 9:00 to 21:30 daily, with no more Monday closures.
The Summer Carnival has opened and will run until August 31, with the Summer Splash Zone, the Music Camping Party Zone, and other theme zones set up for the event. The carnival offers thrilling performances, such as the Electronic Music Water Party, the Grand Summer Parade, and the Castle Music and Water Show. All these are to bring new and refreshed experiences to visitors.
Pop Land

Pop Land has a collection hall of fancy toys, immersive interactive installations, a themed restaurant, and a playground for children. It offers various performances. From June 21 to August 31, visitors can enjoy the water parties. Come with your friends!
Beijing Happy Valley

The Summer Splash Carnival at Playa Maya Water Park of Beijing Happy Valley will run until September 1, along with sub-events such as the Water Gun and Bubble Festival, the Electronic Music Party, and the Ice Cream Culture Festival. All promise a delightful treat to beat the heat.
