Recently, the hot air balloon rides at International Grape Exhibition Garden has commenced operation in Yanqing, Beijing. This is the only regular hot air balloon experience project in Yanqing District. From the balloon, visitors will enjoy the panoramic view of the Winter Olympics city from high above.

The best time to fly in a hot air balloon is from 5:00 to 9:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. Visitors need to make reservations in advance, and passenger flights will be suspended when wind force exceed level 2. Each hot air balloon is operated by a skilled pilot and can accommodate up to three adult passengers for a duration of 5 to 10 minutes.
